Camping gear if required (tents, sleeping bags, mats, etc.)

Photographer’s travel expenses (e.g., international flight or train tickets, if applicable)

Entrance fees

Additional incidental costs (road tolls, park entrance fees, etc.)

Your own travel and trip insurance

Your personal expenses (meals, accommodation, flight ticket, etc.)
